As the Americas lead of Foresight, Research and Innovation, Francesca is responsible for delivering projects which promote strategic foresight and innovation in the design development process.
Francesca is a strategist and certified facilitator with a background in media and advertising. Her contributions to the Foresight team have been the authoring of the Drivers of Change Demographics card set and the development of the future of hospitality and education programmes. She brings her understanding of ethnography, storytelling, and strategic planning to everything she does on behalf of the team.
Through her regional role as the Americas Leader of Foresight, Research and Innovation she is responsible for delivering projects which promote strategic foresight and innovation in the design development process. She works collaboratively with a variety of clients to envision the future of their organisation and to develop a design process which fully integrates that future vision and the views of their multiple stakeholders.
